Said: Guys, I have got the selection letter. It was mentioned that appointment letter and further formalities would be taken care by appropriate authority(ELCOT).

Said: I saw in this portal that one girl told i scored 500/900 then she told around 300 out of 600 and said i belong to oc (after CV list)..but in result i did not see even one candidate belong to "OC' category...I guess the girl would have checked the pulses of other candidates..always girls are precautionary in all... definitely they will join for sure..

It is very good to see that females are 8 out of 12 vancies i.e. 8 out of 14 females called for interview are selected and 4 out of 19 males are selected...Actually Cut-off is not set by recruiters/TNPSC they set only minimum marks for pass but the candidates score alone is set the cut-off...390 would be fall in 1:3 for women reservation for that category but your mark might not fall under 1:3.. means that there would be enough male candidates against ur category satisfying 1:3.

1. No it is not at all a gazetted post . it is a company service and not a ministerial service or civil service post..u can sign in green ink but it will not be having any power even u can not attest a photo copies of the certificates..here the payband says the pay structure alone.
2. 200 percent sure you will not get any onsite travels..levels dy manager-I, manager -II, MANAGER -I,SR. MANAGER,gen. manager, cheif manager...v can go up to sr. manger bwfore retirement
3. No CHANCE at all at any cost u can not claim any transfer to other depts as it is a company of tn govt and not a departments of tn govt.becoz the employees of the companies are being paid by company revenues...but non companies employess are being paid by tn peoples taxes

Said: its true regarding gazetted post....but u have to read the GO Vvery carefuly..its not for company employees...becoz company employees are being governed by the rules and regulations of the company which is created by board members of the company

Said: I think Saturday is working day only for contract staff; not for regular staff.

Said: We should get clarified with all our questions about job nature, working hours, next levels, working location and extension in joining based in our notice period during CV Process on 9th. That should assist to take a good decision.

Said: the previous list itself covered all 12 vacancies...if this is correct then 7 Women + 5 Men wud get selected...and no Men in SC category...so it may not be the right one i guess....becoz they have called only 15 Women candidates for 5 posts wich is following their 1:3 criteria...

Said: I think you have cleared CV 2. Hope you are from Cognizant. For Cognizant employee they have accepted this kind of designation I think so. Once your resigned you can get hard copy from your HR if you discussed with them. TNPSC will ask hard copy surely. Conduct certificate from Gazetted Officer must. If it is your parent company means and currently if you are working just check with them to give any kind of experience letter for temporary purpose.

Said: Yes...No Pension...No Powers...If you are earning less than 50K in your current job, you can think of joining this job if you don't bother about increment and more salary in future..You will earn 50-70 K only for next 25 years in this post. If you earn close to 1 Lac now, analyse Pros and Cons before joining..
