      nowadays to become a police constable or si you need to clear the exam first ,and no need to develope ur muscles just take running of 2-3 kmts every day and by d time of selection u can practise for rope and long jump...so instead of going gym better start preparing for exams***** I GOT OFFER LETTER PC CONSTABLE-AR 2013***but i did not joined

    Dear Ranjith,

    You can become a DSP in Tamilnadu Police through TNPSC Group 1 Exam / Sub Inspector or Constable through TNUSRB Exam. Not knowing Tamil is not a problem. You will have to complete a Tamil Exam conducted by TNPSC with in two years after getting service. All the best !
