The candidates who have already registered at offline mode in their respective employment and those who registered online also face some login issues with the Tamil Nadu Government Employment Portal / tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in. There are some guidelines for the candidates are given in the website itself.

What is your User ID or User Name ?

 Your USER ID / USER NAME for the tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in website is your Registration Number mentioned in your Employment Office Card. Some thing like   W/7054/1998   or 1996M00216. 

What is your Password ?

Your PASSWORD is your Date of Birth (DOB) in  dd/mm/yyyy   format . Eg. 26/10/1984.

 How to Convert your offline Registration Number into online Registration Number ?

 If your Registration Number (USER ID/NAME) is like W/7054/1998. 
You need to convert that in to the following format.

<Your Employment Exchange Code><Year of Registration><Gender><0000><Registration Number>

Example : If your Employment Exchange Code ARD (Ariyalur District ), You are Male and your Registration Number (User ID) is  W/7054/1998, Convert it as 
ARD1998M00007054

 
If your old Registration Number is 1996M001216, convert it as 

 ARD1996M00001216

    Hair friends,

    I have registered my diploma teacher training course in tirunelveli employment office by year of 2012.They have written the following user id 140993 in my 10th certificate back side,but they did not send employment card to my home.So password will be my date of birth(11/07/1991).
