Application Format :
Application should be in a white paper with you passport size photo pasted, Address with pincode, Phone Number, Email and willingness to join in Hostel should be mentioned in the application form.
Hostel Fee : Rs.3600 / - (Should be paid as Demand Draft in favour of " Sivanthi Academy, Tiruchendur" from any one of the following banks. Canara Bank, IOB or SBI)
(Hostel Fee should be paid on the first day of Coaching Class)
