No Reservation for Ex Service Men Quota in Tamilnadu Sub Inspector Recruitment - Madras High Court Judgement

In a case filed by the ex-service people to include them in the selection list of Sub Inspector Exam 2015 based on the reservation rules followed for the Group C Recruitment.  

But the Government in its reply has clarified that the Grade Pay for Sub Inspector Posts in Tamilnadu is  4800 which comes under Group B posts. ( Grade Pay 4400 - 6600 comes under Group B posts) . So the Honourable High Court made it clear that there will be no reservation for Ex Service Men in Tamilnadu TNUSRB Sub Inspector Recruitment.
