As per the news article published in the Dailythanthi on 30-6-2020 , the following information are given about the important changes in the Tamil Nadu School Text Books in this 2020-2021 academic year.
All these changes will be impletemented in the upcoming academic year itself.

- Two Volumes of 10th standard Social Science Book will be converted into One Volume.
- Only Maths, Physics, Chemistry subject books in the 11th and 12th standards will be two volumes, all other two volume text books will be coverted into single volume.
- Business Maths book will be converted into single volume.
All these changes will be impletemented in the upcoming academic year itself.
