”கலா விஸ்வா” ( Kala ishwa) என்ற பெயரில், பாரம்பரிய நாட்டுப்புற கலைஞர்கள், உள்ளூர் கலைஞர்கள் / கைவினைஞர்களுக்கான மெய்நிகர் தளத்தை இந்திய கலாச்சார உறவுகளுக்கான கவுன்சில் (Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) ) அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது. இது இந்திய கலாச்சார உறவுகளுக்கான கவுன்சிலின் மும்பை மையத்திலிருந்து தொடங்கி வைக்கப்பட்டது. COVID-19 இன் சவாலான நேரத்தில் கிராமப்புறங்களில் இருந்து வரும் கலைஞர்களுக்கு ஒரு மெய்நிகர் தளத்தை வழங்குவதை ‘கலா விஸ்வா’ நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
