17 ஆண்டுகளுக்குப் பிறகு மீண்டும் ஆதிச்சநல்லூரில் மத்திய தொல்லியல் துறையினர் அகழாய்வு பணிகளை 9-10-2021 அன்று தொடங்கியுள்ளனர். இந்த பணிகளை தூத்துக்குடி தொகுதியின் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் கனிமொழி தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.இந்தியாவிலேயே முதன் முதலாக அகழாய்வு செய்த இடம் என்ற சிறப்பை கொண்ட ஆதிச்சநல்லூர் தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்டம் ஸ்ரீவைகுண்டம் அருகே தாமிரபரணி ஆற்றங்கரையில் அமைந்துள்ளது
