ரஷியாவிடம் இருந்து சலுகை விலையில் 30 லட்சம் பீப்பாய் கச்சா எண்ணெய்யை இந்தியன் ஆயில் நிறுவனம் (ஐஓசி) வாங்கியுள்ளது. ஒரு பீப்பாய்க்கு 20 முதல் 25 அமெரிக்க டாலா்கள் (சுமாா் ரூ.1,500 முதல் ரூ. 1,900) சலுகை அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
