Tamilnadu Sub Inspector Recruitment in Tamilnadu is conducted by TNUSRB through 6 successive stages as given below.

Stage 1  :  Written Examination for all candidates who applied for the Sub Inspector Exam

Stage 2  : Certificate Verification -This stage will be conducted after written examination result.  The number of candidates called for Certificate Verification will be 5 times of the total number of vacancies (category/quota wise) in the notification. So this year we can expect about 5000 candidates may be selected through written examination.

Stage 3  : Physical Measurement Test - Only the candidates clearing the Certificate Verification will be allowed to participate in Physical Measurement Test.

Stage 4  : Endurance Test - The candidates who successfully qualify in Physical Measurement Test alone will be allowed to attend Endurance Test.

Stage 5 : Physical Efficiency Tests  - The candidates who qualify in Endurance Test alone will be allowed to attend Physical Efficiency Test.

Stage 6 : Interview  / Viva-Voce -  The number of candidates called for Viva-Voce will be restricted to 2 times the number of vacancies in each quota/category ( 1:2 ratio) .

    Sir,
    i am 2014passed out B.Tech(IT) candidate.before my degree completion i had 1 arrear.but i wrote the exam and clear that paper after my degree completion at the month o Nov-Dec.now am all clear.i didn't get provisional certificate.but i have my course completion certificates and marksheets.shall i apply for SI post whether or not???
