THE TAMIL NADU Dr.AMBEDKAR LAW UNIVERSITY, located at "Poompozhil”,5,Dr.D.G.S.Dhinakaran Salai, Chennai-600028 has published notification for the Tamil Nadu Law Admissions - 2020-2021 . Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the following Law Degree Courses (REGULAR) for the Academic Year 2020-2021 in the AFFILIATED GOVERNMENT LAW COLLEGES IN TAMIL NADU namely

(v) Government Law College, Coimbatore

(vii) Government Law College, Chengalpattu

(viii) Government Law College, Vellore

(ix) Government Law College, Villupuram,

(x) Government Law College, Dharmapuri

APPLICATION FEE

The cost of the application is Rs.500/- (for SC(A) / SC(O) &

ST Rs.250/-). Candidates seeking application by post shoul

should remit Rs.100/- in addition.

Mode of Selection:

Candidates will be selected purely on merit based on their performance in the qualifying examination and as per the rules of reservation prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. *Candidates who have completed 10+2+3 stream alone are eligible.

How to get Applications

Applications can also be obtained in person from the “The Chairman, Law Admissions 2020-2021, The Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, 'Poompozhil', No.5, Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran Salai, Chennai - 600 028" and also from the Principals of the affiliated Law Colleges by paying prescribed fee. General public are instructed to strictly follow the COVID-19 preventive measures and guidelines issued by the Government while getting application in person.

Candidates seeking application by post are informed to send a requisition letter, mentioning the course to which they are willing to apply, along with requisite fee, to the Chairman, Law Admissions 2020-2021.

Online application forms are available in the University website - www.tndalu.ac.in.

MODE OF PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE:

(1) The candidates shall remit the prescribed application processing fee in any branch of Indian Bank through remittance challan which may be downloaded from the University website or obtained from any one of the Affiliated Government Law Colleges.

(2) Application fee paid through other modes, by Cash/Demand Draft/Money Order/Cheque/Bank Pay Order etc., will not be accepted.

(3) To avail concession on application fee, SC(O) /SC(A)/ ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu shall submit an attested photocopy of the permanent community certificate.

Duly filled in application forms along with requisite self-attested enclosures must be submitted either through online itself or in person or by post 'The Chairman, Law Admissions, 2020-2021', The Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, "Poompozhil", No.5, Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran, Salai, Chennai-600 028. Filled-in applications can also be submitted in person to the Principal of the Affiliated Law Colleges. Candidates applying through online shall remit the fee through online gateway.
