ஐந்து நாள் நல்லெண்ணப் பயணமாகவும், ரஷ்ய கடற்படையின் 325-வது கடற்படை நாள் கொண்டாட்டங்களில் பங்கேற்பதற்காகவும் இந்திய கடற்படை கப்பலான தபார் (Indian Naval Ship Tabar) ரஷ்யாவில் உள்ள செயின்ட் பீட்டர்ஸ்பர்கை 2021 ஜூலை 22 அன்று சென்றடைந்தது. தல்வார் பிரிவை சேர்ந்த கப்பலான ஐஎன்எஸ் தபார், மும்பையை தலைமையிடமாகக் கொண்ட இந்திய கடற்படையின் மேற்கு தளத்தின் கீழ் இயங்குகிறது. இந்திய கடற்படைக்காக ரஷ்யாவில் இக்கப்பல் கட்டமைக்கப்பட்டு, 2004 ஏப்ரலில் செயின்ட் பீட்டர்ஸ்பர்கில் பணியில் இணைத்துக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
