2020-ஆம் ஆண்டு, மக்கள்தொகை-நீதிபதிகள் விகிதம், 10 லட்சம் பேருக்கு 21.03 நீதிபதிகள் என்ற அளவில் இருந்தது. இது, 2019-ஆம் ஆண்டில் 10 லட்சம் பேருக்கு 20.39 நீதிபதிகள் என்ற விகிதத்திலும், 2018-ஆம் ஆண்டில் 10 லட்சம் பேருக்கு 19.78 நீதிபதிகள் என்ற விகிதத்திலும் இருந்தது என மாநிலங்களவையில் மத்திய சட்டத் துறை அமைச்சா் கிரண் ரிஜிஜு தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
கூ.தக. : உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட நீதிபதிகளின் எண்ணிக்கை கடந்த 2014-இல் 31-ஆக இருந்தது. அந்த எண்ணிக்கை 2020-இல் 34-ஆக உயா்த்தப்பட்டது.
