ரஷ்யாவின் விளாடிவோஸ்டாக் நகரில், 2021 செப்டம்பர் 3ம் தேதி நடந்த 6வது கிழக்கு பொருளாதார அமைப்பு (6th Eastern Economic Forum 2021) கூட்டத்தில், பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி காணொலி காட்சி மூலம் உரையாற்றினார். கடந்த 2019ம் ஆண்டு நடந்த 5வது இஇஎப் கூட்டத்தில் பிரதமர், தலைமை விருந்தினராக முதல் முறையாக கலந்து கொண்டது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
