இந்திய குடியுரிமை திருத்த சட்டத்திற்கு எதிரான தீர்மானத்தை சட்டசபையில் முதல்-அமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் 8.8.2021 அன்று முன்மொழிந்தார்.
கூ.தக. : இந்திய குடியுரிமை சட்டத்தில் திருத்த மசோதா பாராளுமன்றத்தில் 2019ஆம் ஆண்டு தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டு நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது. இதையடுத்து இந்த சட்ட திருத்த மசோதாவுக்கு ஜனாதிபதி ஒப்புதல் அளித்ததால், இது சட்டமாக உடனடியாக நடைமுறைக்கு வந்தது.
