தமிழகத்தில் கடைகள், நிறுவனங்களில் பணியாற்றும் அனைத்துப் பணியாளா்களுக்கும் இருக்கை வசதி அளிப்பதற்கான சட்ட மசோதாவை பேரவையில் 6-9-2021 அன்று தொழிலாளா் நலன்- திறன் மேம்பாட்டுத் துறை அமைச்சா் சி.வி.கணேசன் தாக்கல் செய்தார். இதற்காக, 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு கடைகள், நிறுவனங்கள் சட்டத்தை உரிய முறையில் திருத்தம் செய்வதென முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
