வங்கக்கடலில் உருவான காற்றழுத்த தாழ்வு பகுதி “குலாப் புயலாக ” வலுப்பெற்று ஒடிஷா - ஆந்திரா இடையே 26-9-2021 அன்று கரையை கடந்தது. இந்த புயலுக்கு பாகிஸ்தான் நாடு “குலாப்” என்ற பெயரை சூட்டியுள்ளது. இதன் அர்த்தம் ‘ரோஜா’ என்பதாகும்.
