ராஜேஷ் வர்மா (Rajesh Verma) தலைமையிலான கம்பெனி சட்டக் குழுவின் (Company Law Committee (CLC)) பதவிக் காலத்தை செப்டம்பர் 17, 2021 முதல் செப்டம்பர் 16, 2022 வரை மேலும் ஓராண்டு காலத்திற்கு கார்ப்பரேட் விவகார அமைச்சகம் நீட்டித்துள்ளது . 11 உறுப்பினர்களைக் கொண்ட இந்த குழுவானது, நிறுவன சட்டம் 2013 (Companies Act 2013) மற்றும் வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட பொறுப்பு கூட்டாண்மை சட்டம் 2008 (Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008) அமலாக்கம் தொடர்பான பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்து ஆய்வு செய்து அரசுக்கு பரிந்துரைகளை வழங்க 2019 இல் உருவாக்கப்பட்டதாகும்.
