'சக்தி' (‘Shakti’ ) என்று பெயரிடப்பட்டுள்ள இந்திய கடற்படைக் கப்பல்களுக்கான மேம்படுத்தப்பட்ட எலக்ட்ரானிக் போர் அமைப்பான (Advanced Electronic Warfare Suite) 'சக்தி'யை பிரதமர் மோடி அவர்கள் இந்திய கடற்படையிடம் முறையாக ஒப்படைத்துள்ளார். இதனை DRDO வின் கீழ் இயங்கி வரும், ஹைதராபாத்திலுள்ள டிஃபென்ஸ் எலக்ட்ரானிக்ஸ் ஆராய்ச்சி ஆய்வகம் (Defence Electronics Research Laboratory (DLRL)) உருவாக்கியுள்ளது.
