சென்னை தரமணியில் ரூ. 5,000 கோடி செலவில் மிகப்பெரிய ஐ.டி. வளாகத்துக்கு முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் 14.3.2022 அன்று அடிக்கல் நாட்டினார். இந்த டி.எல்.எப். டௌன்டவுன் தரமணியில் "ஸ்டாண்டர்டு சார்ட்டர்டு குளோபல் பிசினஸ் சர்வீசஸ்"-ன் மிகப்பெரிய உலகளாவிய வளாகம் ரூ. 5,000 கோடி முதலீட்டில் 6.8 மில்லியன் சதுரஅடி பரப்பில், 27 ஏக்கர் நிலப்பரப்பில் அமையவுள்ளது.
