Germanwatch, NewClimate Institute மற்றும் Climate Action Network (CAN) International அமைப்புகளால் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ள இந்த பட்டியலில் முதல் மூன்று இடங்களை எந்த நாடுகளும் பெறவில்லை . டென்மார்க் நாடு நான்காமிடத்தைப் பெற்றுள்ளது. 5,6,7 வது இடங்களை முறையே ஸ்வீடன், சிலி மற்றும் மொரோக்கோ நாடுகள் பெற்றுள்ளன.
