பதிலளிநீக்கு279 BC Male..but certificate verification phase is very crucial in TNPSC/Govt sector and those who were provisionaly allowed to write the written exam and scored above cut-off may or may not go for interview because of stringent verification on experience/eductional qualification. Hi 277, I think the max mark would be around 300 with + or - 20, so definitely 277 is a good mark for SC candidate and you would be called for interview. Experience in different companies is fine but the companies should be a software company as per point (ii) under 5c in TNPSC advertisement. Could you please very specific about your category like SC MALE or SC FEMALE and PSTM or non PSTM.

பதிலளிநீக்குnot necessarily...becoz motor vehihle inspector exam was held on 26.08.2012 but its result was released on 16.02.2015...in between there were many notifications and its results were released...I think it really depends on obstacles or any legal proceedings(anything waiting for court's verdict or something) b4 releasing the result if any then result may be delayed and not depends on the sequence the exam was held...same happened for GR-I services recruitment in which result was released recently only.

பதிலளிநீக்குI have a question on the format of experience certificate, I worked in an MNC and they have their own format.
The fields in the certificate are:
Name, EmpID, Designation, Joining Date, Lastworking Date, Roles and responsibilities.
The only part that we (employee) can add comments is the last one: Roles and Responsibilities section.
As per the company policy, they don't allow date range mentioned in that section but it was actually required for this post (from_date to to_date). Please advise if we can get any other email confirmation from the company for reference.
Make sure that your certificate covers the following details, if yes dont worry its enough.

Also the result release is based on urgeny and needs by the govt usually the high court and revenue dept need take precedence than others

நீக்குChances of PSTM will be less since I don't think we have professional degree in Tamil. And also with 5+ exp in IT. It will be very rare. Female candidates have advantage considering the reservation..There were lot of female candidates compared to male who appeared for the exam...

Are there any other list will be produced after this CV verification like CV-2. seems like reservation is there each and every community. Not sure the above list covered all communities.

There are two seats for PSTM.. Is it ok if we studied in Tamil Medium for 10th and 12th. Or Degree in Tamil Medium is required?
நீக்குThe eligibility criteria should be completed in Tamil medium. Hence in this requirement, BE must be completed in Tamil medium. Suppose if there is a job requirement for which the eligibility criteria is: X completed, then PSTM is applicable to those who had studied X class in Tamil medium. Hope you understand
நீக்குNow you cannot go and change anything. Results are published based on your communal and PSTM reservation as you entered in online application. What you mentioned in your application in online you should prove that in your CV ..tats it.. once it is proved you will be allowed for interview. "minimum Education Qualification" for the post should be tamil meduium to vail PSTM reservation.In this case B.E or B.Tech is the minimum & must education qualification. For group -IV educational qualification is SSLC or 10th so SSLC should be studied in TM to avail PSTM reservation. Hope it would clear your doubts.

நீக்குIf any one of you do not have actual experience from software company and not for 5 years as per notification DATE..try to have experience certificate from your employer stating that the experience or job nature wrt to software/hardware and ensure it is not less than 5 years which may help you in CV.
Companies don't mention nature of job in service certificate. It should be ok I think..Pls. Share your mark and category if possible.

I you hav egiven the exam just out of curiosity and doesnt have the experience still, I would advise you to wait for the next call, when you might acquire the experience. I remind you, the oral test conducted, when reveal the true experience would backfire everything. Dont involve in unscrupulous activities

Hi Friend, I have already posted a detailed pay structure above. Decision is yours:)

1. Even if We serve for this ELCOT for another 5 to 10 years We may not get our current salary / hikes as like in MNC or even promotions.
2. "Deputy Manager - II" designation name might have attracted us to apply and give the exam. I too applied in that way.After I enquired the current govt employee regarding the pay and allowances, came to know the above pay structure.
3. Your rare technical skills will go-off.
4. Rs. 630 + DA would be the increment every year (i.e 3% annual increment of Basic 21000) that is the only change in pay every year.
5. So, We cannot expect salary or hikes or promotions as we get in MNC now.
6. You may be posted anywhere across the districts of Tamil Nadu..
It is a government service so we can not negotiate on pay.
I get salary 65K+ and expecting promotion which may bring salary 72+.Rare technical skill resource can earn more IT industry like you.
If you are sure that you are not going to join, please don't attend interview and subsequent counselling. At least somebody else will get that opportunity. If you don't join after getting the offer letter, that seat will not be filled and will be carry forward vacancy for next recruitment.

As of now there is no increase in vacancies..if there is increase it would be notified in TNPSC site itself...chances are very less.
நீக்குNo one knows about CV-2 even TNPSC unless CV-I is complete.
If there are absentees or ineligible candidates (i.e. wrt to comunity or education or experience start & end date or experience in non-software company) in CV-I, CV-2 will be published.
ur score and reservation please..After cv1 only we come to know whether is there cv2 or not . if there is cv2, another set of candidates will be called based on marks and reservation.
நீக்குAfter CV, approximate date for OT and final result?
பதிலளிநீக்குbelieve OT date would be after the CV's are complete...Not sure whether everybody in CV-I will clear..if not, subsequent CV's will be scheduled to adhere the ratio of 1:3 for each post.. Once OT is scheduled and complete..result will be released on the same or max the next day.

Here the aspiraants concerns is not regarding the work ..its regarding their earnings and technical knowledge & recognization for that...as you said bright minds do not be lazy to do ...here the carrèr growth matters

Are the soft copies of the previous company experience letter accepted?
Soft copies are accepted as provisional ONLY. Once get selected, the actual hard copy needs to be submitted for verification prior to joining.

How should we prove the current company experience? becoz the company will not give experience certificate unless we resign the job.
Elcot is a TN govt undertaking company. As group 1 post no power, car are not going to be there. It has no cen percent job security as govt job. There is a risk involves, since it is managed by board of directors and not by govt. So those who are already being well paid, think twice before join.

பதிலளிநீக்குThis certificate verification is new to TNPSC. For other exams they only verifies our 10th and 12th etc. But this exam needs experience certificate also. So they specifically wants the word "Software Engineer" in certificates and also some expects roles and responsibilities in the certificates itself.
They are not believing us completely.
Two persons absents so one more CV round may be there but not sure.
If they call for next CV round please prepare for this.

Some company designation would be "Associate" or "Sr. Associate" in this case..are they accepting as software engineer? and usually the exp certificate does not carry role and responsiblities.
Hi Friend, Thank you!! By "preparing for" what do you mean..what should we prepare for...if you mean "software engineer" then it can not be as we can not demand teh company to change their exp. certificate format..please clarify.
