Minimum Age Limit
To apply Executive Officer Grade III, a candidate should have completed Minimum 25 Years. (Common for all categories)
Maximum age limit varies for different categories.
1. SC / SC (A), ST and Destitute Widows of all castes - No Maximum Age Limit
2. MBC / Denotified Communities, BC and BC (Muslims) - No Maximum Age Limit
3.“Others” (Candidates not belonging to SC, SC(A), ST, MBCs/DC, BC and BCM )- 35 Years
Educational Qualification to apply TNPSC Executie Officer Grade IV Exam (as on 25.11.2016)
Applicants should possess the following or its equivalent qualification:- Must possess a degree in Arts or Science or Commerce of any University recognized by the University Grants Commission
What are the documents needed to apply for TNPSC Executive Officer Grade IV Exam online ?
1.You should have scanned images of your Passport Size color photo and Signature in a Pen drive or CD or Email.
2.You should have working Mobile Number and Email ID. Because TNPSC will send communications in future to this Mobile Number and Email ID.
3. Keep your SSLC Mark Sheet, Community Certificate nearer to you. (Other higher education certificates like Plus Two / Degree/ PG if you have completed any of these). You will asked to fill up some details from the certificates.
Examination Fees for Executive Officer Grade III Exam ?
For candidates completed One Time Registration - Rs.75 /-
For candidates not completed One Time Registration should pay additional Rs.50 / - as Application Fee .
*** If you are applying for first time, first do One Time Registration in the www.tnpscexams.net website . It costs Rs.50/- and valid for next 5 years(You need not pay application fee for next 5 years) .***
How can I pay Examination Fee for Executive Officer Grade III Exam ?
You have two options to pay examination fee for TNPSC Executive Officer Grade III Examination by online as well as offline. But there in no option in applying for the examination offline. You should apply for the examination from online mode and you may pay fee in offline mode.
1. By Online payment method- If you have Debit Card (ATM Card) / Credit Card / Net Banking, you can easily pay the examination fee through online.
2. By Offline payment method- You can pay your fee through Post Office or Indian Bank Branch.

Paper II (200 Questions - 300 Marks - 3 Hours)

Interview and Records - 80 Marks
