இந்தியா, ரஷ்யா கடற்படை இடையே இரண்டாண்டுகளுக்கு ஒரு முறை நடைப்பெறும் ‘இந்திரா கடற்படை’ 12 (INDRA NAVY 21) கூட்டு பயிற்சி பால்டிக் கடலில் 28 - 29 ஜீலை 2021 தினங்களில் நடைபெற்றது. இந்தியாவின் சார்பாக இந்திய கடற்படை ஐ.என்.எஸ். தாபர் (INS Tabar) பங்கேற்றது. இந்த கூட்டு பயிற்சி முதன் முதலில் கடந்த 2003ம் ஆண்டு முதல் நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.
