போட்டி சட்டம் மற்றும் கொள்கை ஆகியவற்றில் ஒத்துழைப்பை வலுப்படுத்தும் விதத்தில், இந்திய போட்டியியல் ஆணையம் (Competition Commission of India (CCI)) மற்றும் ஜப்பான் நியாய வர்த்தக ஆணையத்திற்கிடையேயான (Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC)) ஒத்துழைப்பு ஒப்பந்தத்திற்கு 8-7-2021 அன்று அமைச்சரவை ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது. இந்த ஒப்பந்தத்தின் மூலம் ஜப்பானில் உள்ள போட்டியியல் முகமையிடம் இருந்து அனுபவங்களை இந்திய போட்டியியல் ஆணையம் கற்றுக்கொண்டு செயல்படுத்த முடியும். இந்திய போட்டியியல் ஆணையத்தின் போட்டியியல் சட்டம், 2022-ஐ சிறப்பாக செயல்படுத்த இது உதவும்.
