'இந்திய விலங்கியல் கணக்கெடுப்பு ’ அமைப்பின் (Zoological Survey of India (ZSI)) முதல் பெண் இயக்குநராக திரிதி பானர்ஜி ((Dhriti Banerjee)) நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.
கூ.தக. : 'இந்திய விலங்கியல் கணக்கெடுப்பு ’ அமைப்பு ஜீலை 1916ல் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. இதன் தலைமையிடம் கல்கத்தா நகரில் உள்ளது. இதற்கு 16 பிராந்திய அலுவலகங்களும் உள்ளன.
