பாலியல் குற்றங்களிலிருந்து குழந்தைகளை பாதுகாக்கும் சட்டம் 2012-இன் கீழ் பாலியல் குற்றங்களினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட குழந்தைகளுக்கு இடைக்கால இழப்பீடு மற்றும் இறுதி இழப்பீடு வழங்குவதற்காக, ரூபாய் 2.00 கோடி நிதியுடன் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ள “தமிழ்நாடு பாதிக்கப்பட்ட குழந்தை இழப்பீட்டு நிதி“க்கு கூடுதல் நிதியாக ரூ.5.00 கோடி 2021-2022 ஆம் ஆண்டில் நிதி ஒப்பளிப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
