Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy in an interview today at Salem said that the schools will be reopened once the situation returns to normal.As the spread of corona virus continues to decline, the safety of children is paramount. Therefore, the Government of Tamil Nadu will act to open the school to suit the situation across India. Of course schools will reopen when the situation improves.

The news article informs that, there may be possibilities of re-opening Schools in November 2020. It is also added in the article that, there be no Quarterly and Half Yearly Exams this year. The public exams for 10th, 11th and 12th standards may be conducted in the month of June 2020.
